Policy
Warranty starts on shipment. The clock for warranty starts on shipment to the customer or partner; it is not tied to when the hardware actually gets installed.
Replacement units receive the balance of the original warranty period. For example, Auroras have a 24-month warranty. If an Aurora is replaced after 10 months due to a defect, the replacement unit will have a 14-month warranty, i.e. it will receive the balance of the warranty of the original Aurora unit and not a brand-new 24-month warranty.
For subscription customers, we offer an unlimited warranty.
